The Middle East Conference Update #MEUCT12

On
March 7 and 8, history was written in Dubai at MEUCT12 and we are
thankful to everyone who helped us write it. Especially, our customers
in the region.

We want to say a huge THANK YOU for the overwhelming support you gave
us, during the first Middle East User Conference & Training in
Dubai.

We had more than 300 attendees over two days. Both days went as
scheduled. Day 1 had its share of thought-provoking keynotes (Forrester Research), refreshing
customer case studies (ZADCO), industry-perspective analyst talk (Frost & Sullivan) and
interactions between customers and ManageEngine staff. Day 2 was fully
devoted to product training. Two tracks – ITSM and Network, with
trainings in OpManager,

Applications Manager,

ServiceDesk Plus and Desktop Central

Our guest speakers were all impressed by the enthusiasm and
participation. The guest keynote speaker, Stephen Mann (Forrester
Research Inc.)
also wrote about his experience in the official Forrester blogs –

IT Service Management, ITIL, And Enabling Tools In The Middle East

We sent out a survey on the event – on what you thought of the event,
speakers, venue – criticisms and feedback that will help us hold a
better event next year.

Here are some highlights from that survey:

– More than 90% of the
respondents were very positive about the show, sessions, speakers and
arrangements.

– More than 87% of the respondents got value out of the training sessions.

– 93.9% respondents said they will come back for next year’s show.

If you came to the show and haven’t taken the survey yet, may we encourage you to

take 3 minutes to complete a survey

on your experience at the conference & training? It will help us design and plan a much better show next year.

We are in Australia now for our series of user conferences here. We just wrapped our user conference & training in Melbourne, last week. This week, we are at Sydney. So stay tuned for more updates.
