So, I tried Meraki. The Meraki profile for iOS forces backup encryption to
be on. There doesn’t appear to be a way to turn it off. I don’t like the
idea of Meraki setting policy for my organization, and I’m not likely to
recommend a solution that I cannot control. Since thee is no support for
the free service, I cannot resend meraki’s free service.
