Microsoft has released a new Hotfix rollup for Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)-based and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1-based computers. Steps to deploy:
- Click software deployment tab in Desktop Central
- Click “package” tab
- Click “Add Package”
- Choose the package type as “MSIEXEC/EXE/ISS/Command”
- Enter Package Details (Application name, Path type, MSU file name with Switches (/passive /quiet /norestart)
- Click ‘Add Package’
- Deploy the package to the targeted systems.
Now, you can make sure that for every system “Hotfix rollup” is deployed
